The claim reader contains fixed, visible examples. It has no questionnaire, health-information form or personalized output. It does not assess symptoms, select a product or transmit answers to a clinician.
Reading controls stay in the page
The library search, reading-type filter and text-size setting operate locally in the current page. They create no cookie or local/session storage record. A reload restores the standard reading size. Hosting services may process ordinary connection information needed to deliver pages.
Links and browser history
Claim links use public URL fragments, which can appear in your browser history. They are not private consultation records. Original-source links and tracked offer links open external services; those services may process requests under their own policies. Do not put health information into a URL or search field.
